DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Audits all department lines on an hourly basis.
  • Checks assembly lines for authorized approval sheets.
  • Checks and verifies product stickers on product tanks.
  • Checks the assembly line for cleanliness and adherence to Housekeeping/Sanitation documentation, referring problems to the Floor Person for correction.
  • Checks the line for packaging and codes, taking samples to the Laboratory, checking weights, cap torque, and other customer specifications and referring problems to the Technical Manager.
  • Meets the customer sample schedules by typing letters and completing other documents and packing, labelling and addressing samples.
  • Calculates average weights of product hourly and at the end of each run to establish gram fill figures and ensure that weights are within specifications.
  • Maintains a retain and master sample stocks, updating retains as samples become out of date and ensuring that the most current run is represented in the master files.
  • Prepares paperwork for open orders in the Laboratory, attaches Line Inspection sheet,
  • packaging procedure and all other relevant documents.
  • Supports Validation with in process samples and stability samples.
  • Supports Line trials for new and existing customers. Collection of samples and preparation for submission.
  • Back up to the Bulk Testing Quality Control Bench.
  • Complies with Good Manufacturing Practices, Standard Operating Procedures and Safety Standards and follows plant policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school or equivalent experience
  • Experience preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour,  +Benefits

Expected hours: 40 per week
